Your modern apartment is fully furnished: from bed to ceiling lamp and basic household furniture. Everything is taken care of! All you need is your kitchen utensils, bathroom amenities and your personal bedding. What are you waiting for? Pack your suitcase & move in!
When you move in, a router with high-speed Internet (10 Mbit/s) and cable connection with access to over 1000 television channels awaits you in your apartment. Wi-Fi reception is available not only in your apartment, but in the entire apartment complex. All you have to do is get there and enjoy.
Our apartment complex has not only many nice neighbours, but also great communal areas. Learn &relax with friends and fellow students in our community lounge with its own kitchen, many seats and a TV. Or meet your neighbours in the Launderette.
Study Home is located in the heart of Reutlingen and is therefore the perfect place to get to the University of Reutlingen or the University of Tübingen. The main train station and the bus station (ZOB), as well as numerous shopping facilities, cafés and bars are within walking distance
Relocation, forms, new city and 1,000 questions - our Study Home Team is there to help and advise you right from the start. Together with the caretaker, make sure that your apartment and the entire apartment complex will always be in good shape.
Keep your costs under control! The entire housing package is available at an attractive fixed price. Apart from your electricity consumption, everything is included in the rent. This not only covers the operating costs for water and heating, but also for TV and Wi-Fi.

We have a barbecue area and numerous seats directly on the banks of the river Echaz.

The prices refer to the warm rent and include all operating costs except your electricity consumption.
The rental period is limited to 6 months. Extensions are possible after prior agreement.

we will check your information, if all the formalities match, you will receive a rental offer from us.
You express your consent to the conclusion of your rental agreement by transferring the processing non refundable fee of €100 to us.
The receipt of the processing fee, is considered as a commitment to initiate the rental formalities.

The deposit must be paid 7 working days before the handover of the apartment, otherwise there will be no handover and the rental contract is void.
