Our apartments are equipped with cable TV and with our Wifi network (10Mbit/s) you have reception throughout the apartment complex.

Launderette

Washing Machines & Dryers in the building!

The launderette is in the basement (House 1). There you will find washing machines and dryers. The use of the launderette is included in the rental price.

Community Lounge

Community Lounge... for learning & relaxing!

the lounge is equipped with a variety of seating, a kitchen (neatly left after use), a TV screen and a hot drinks machine (chargeable). The lounge is normally open from 7am to 10pm. Partys and celebrations must be registered with the caretaker.

Security cameras in thepublic areas!

For your safety, we have surveillance cameras in the public areas which are controlled by a security firm. So you are covered.

Print & copy inthe Print Area!

We would be happy to print out a few pages for you in black and white or in colour. Please contact the caretaker or the H2.0.2 office
